The chubby bicycle trailer has been specially designed to travel with your luggage and/or a compact folding bike (for example a Brompton), the capacity is100 litres and 40 kgs of storage. It has a black "padded" bag. It comes with Backpack Straps and Rain Cover. The Chubby rain cover is a lightweight solution to keep your trailer and its contents dry and clean.
The Chubby trailer is a two-wheeler so it keeps itself in balance without affecting the behavior of the towing bike. With the tow bar connecting to the bike's rear hub, your bike's rear rack is still available for luggage. The hitch fits on virtually any bike, and is made of stainless steel.
The bag opens all around for maximum accessibility, with two lockable sliders. The welded frame is strong and secure connection of the wheels to the frame, even at high loads and speeds. The wheels are equipped with industrial closed bearings, ensuring minimal rolling resistance and maximum security.
When the wheels are inserted in the rear axle bushings, the Chubby can be used as a walking trailer. This way you can easily cover considerable distances, even with fully loaded trailer. When transporting the Chubby by train or plane; tow-bar and wheels can be detached with a twist of the hand, which visually leaves only a big duffle bag. The tow-bar can easily be stored and the two big handles make it easy to lift; or you can slip on the backpack straps and carry it, as luggage, on your back
