I need to get my fingerprints done for a background check. They need to be ink prints. Every time I go to the police to get it done, and send it off, it's denied for smudged fingerprints. The police at the stations haven't been actually *rolling* my fingerprints, and I was told newer police officers aren't taught how. I was wondering if anyone had any experience with doing this in the present or past, if they could reach out and offer to help me take mine? I would be offering to pay!
