As you may know, Pittsburgh offers excellent opportunities for cash flow.
I’m a local independent landlord with my own portfolio of properties.
Beginning this summer, I will be looking to add on a small property management/acquisition business for a select group of people.
I have connections with local wholesalers and And I receive a handful of off market deals every month.
My personal portfolio generates a 17% return annually,
The plan is to cap my units under management at no more then 35 for outside investors this year.
As I’m a small operation, I want to be able to keep everything manageable for myself and my handy man. While trying to add an extra book of business for myself. I actively participate in unit turnovers and rehabs with my own units (paint, drywall,flooring, roof work), between myself and my handyman, we are able to keep the costs low and hopefully add value to your portfolio.
If you are a beginning investor, or interested in the BRRR method of building your portfolio, I have local lenders lined up who are very good at finding ways to finance properties.
